How do I become a NataJacs Club Member?
Simply click here or use the CLUBS tab at the top of the page. You must be 21 or over.
What type of Memberships do you offer?
We currently offer three clubs. Two whiskey clubs and an all-spirits club: NataJacs Whiskey Club, NataJacs Aficionado Whiskey Club, and NataJacs Artisan Club. All three clubs are monthly subscriptions.
Can I change or suspend my membership?
Yes. You can change your membership at any time to any of the club options. Simply email us at email@example.com Notice must be received by the 15th to ensure you are sent the correct release in the subsequent month. Please remember to specify the suspension period. We will automatically re-initiate your subscription after the specified date unless you notify us in the intervening period.
Can I take out a gift subscription?
Yes! Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Both you and the recipient must be 21 or over.
Are there any additional costs?
No. The fixed monthly quoted fee is all-inclusive including shipping.
What will I receive?
Each month we will send you gin at the mailing address on your profile:
- A full 75cl bottle of carefully selected small-batch depending on your club choice
- Additional treats which may be to help you enjoy your drink or samples of other spirits being considered for future inclusion.
- A booklet providing you with insightful details about the product, the maker and the distillery. It may also include a flavor profile, cocktail suggestions and food pairing suggestions together with space to record your own tasting notes.
What size will the bottles be?
In the vast majority of cases, the bottle will be the standard US size of 75cl. However, sometimes a spirit is so rare that it may only be available in a 50cl bottles size but still be considered suitable. Chances are that if a spirit is only available in the smaller size, that the price will be the equivalent of the standard bottle size. If this is not the case we will send an additional spirit to make up the difference.
How do I cancel my membership?
Simply email us at email@example.com Notice must be received by the 15th to ensure you are sent the subsequent months release.
When will my payment be made?
All recurring subscriptions are made on the 15th of the month prior to the month the selection is sent out. This allows us time to ensure we have sufficient stock for all our members.
What are the payment methods available?
Your monthly recurring subscription can be made via credit card or PayPal
How do I know my details are secure?
Our registration payment page is encrypted and accredited institutions process all payments.
Which regions or States do ship to?
We are Colorado based and ship to anywhere in the State. We can also ship to over 30 other states, so please contact us to find out if we can ship to your region.
When will I receive my bottle?
We ship out on the first of the month. Delivery should then take five working days. If you have not received your package by the 10th then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How will I receive my order?
We will ship via UPS to the address you specify in during your registration. The package will need to be signed for by someone 21 years or older, who can provide evidence of their age.

Is there an extra shipping charge?
Shipping is included in your monthly subscription fee.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
May I return my bottle for a refund?
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds if we have sent you a bottle as a paid for member and there is no fault with the shipment. We can offer a replacement (or refund if there is no more stock) if your bottle is damaged in shipping.
What should I do if my bottle arrives broken or damaged?
We ship our bottles in packaging specifically designed for the purpose. If, however, your bottle does arrive damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org attaching a picture of the damaged bottle. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
